| Par sevi: | I was born on March 9, 1987, in Columbus, Ohio. I never saw my father when I was growing up, and neither did my half-sister Erica, by my mother and her other husband. When I was five,I started my rap career using the nickname "Kid Gangsta." One year later,I took front stage during "The Chronic Tour" and impressed rapper Snoop Dogg, who later gave me the name "Lil' Bow Wow." Snoop Dogg later hired me as an opening act and introduced me to Jermaine Dupri, a producer who helped my career.an then it BEGUN!
In addition to his impressive music career, Bow Wow has also found regular work in Hollywood, beginning with Like Mike (2002) and successive film appearances including Johnson Family Vacation (2004), Roll Bounce (2005), and The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift (2006). He has also made guest appearances on Smallville and Ugly Betty, and recently joined the cast of HBO's Entourage. He has a prominent role in the forthcoming film Hurricane Season , due in theaters Spring/Summer 2009. | | |
